This web-based simulation of the mobile application provides look and feel of the patent pending WellerU user journey.  The demo is best experienced using a regular monitor or laptop.

 

As a member of a plan, you will have received an invitation from your payor to use the application to assist with completing the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV).  This demo allows you to create the account and enroll in the service and then complete the short series of steps in that journey.
 

Privacy Note:  This is a simulation and actual private data such as birthdate can be any value.  No privacy information is saved to a server and no validation of data actually occurs.  User data is saved on your local computer.  You can erase that data using the Reset Prototype option in the application menu.

How to run​​

• It will remember your email which allows you to logout and log back in later on the same computer.  You can create more than one account.

• Use any password to sign in.  It does not actually save your password.

• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is simulated.  You will not receive a code on your phone and you can enter any 6‑digit code for MFA (or accept the random number generated).

• Use any number for Member and Group ID.

• Use any date for the birthdate (does not need to be your actually birthday)

• Connection to your Amazon account is simulated.  It is not validated and you will not receive an reward.

• High‑contrast toggle (⚑) and language selection (Spanish/English) is available in the top app bar.

• Full menu (including Rewards & AWV) is available via the ☰ menu.
