The information on this page applies to the demo you see to the right and also the prototype if you received a link from the team.

 

This demo provides look and feel of the patent pending WellerU user journey.  The demo on this page is best experienced using a regular monitor and the link you received from the team looks best on the browser of your phone.

 

Context - As a member of a plan, you will have received an invitation from your payor to use the application to assist with completing the Annual Wellness Visit (AWV).  They would send you information on how to install the app on your mobile phone or how to access the same app via a webpage. 

 

Before we begin:  These are demonstrations of the app.  You can use any email account and phone number - verifications are simulated and nothing is sent out.  PHI data such as birthdates are not actually saved.  And no - the gift card you are earning in the demo isn't real either.  :)

​How to run​​

• It will remember your email which allows you to logout and log back in later on the same computer.  You can create more than one account.

• Use any 12-char password to sign in.  The demo on this page does not actually save your password but you do need to remember the password for the prototype.

• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is simulated.  You will not receive a code on your phone and you can enter any 6‑digit code for MFA (or accept the random number generated).

• Use any number for Member and Group ID.

• Use any date for the birthdate (does not need to be your actual birthday).  This data is not saved.

• Connection to the gift card vendor account is simulated.  It is not validated and you will not receive a real reward.

• High‑contrast toggle (⚑) and language selection (Spanish/English) is available in the top app bar.

• Full menu (including Rewards & AWV) is available via the ☰ menu.
