SMS Opt-In User Journey
HELP! I keep getting the same verification error (3510) but don't see what's missing. This page has the full journey and screen shots, so please let me know what specifically is failing. Thanks! bill@welleru.com

Purpose of this page is to define the toll-free SMS Opt-in verification.
USER JOURNEY: After account registration (which includes collecting email and phone and other personal data), the user will be asked to specify at least one secondary form of authentication. SMS is one of these options. To enable SMS for multifactor authentication, User must indicate acceptance of SMS messaging by confirming the phone number and checking the box for the "Accept" button to be enabled. ​

Screen for selecting means of MFA is shown below. The user must check the box to opt-in to receiving SMS messaging in order to enable the "add" button.

Upon selection, an SMS will be sent to the user indicating successful opt in:
WellerU: You have opted in for SMS login codes. Msg&data rates may apply. You will receive a message with a code each time you log into WellerU. Reply HELP for help.

All SMS messages sent to the user include instruction to reply "HELP" for additional information. The help message directs the user to visit the account settings page where they can remove SMS messaging as a second form of authentication and select something else.
WellerU SMS Help: Enter the code provided in the SMS message into the text box labeled "SMS Code". SMS messages enable a second factor for secure account access.
